I’m always in awe of how brilliantly the body works together. My role is simple: to remove the interference, so your body can do exactly what it was designed to do.

I knew from the age of eight or nine that I wanted to help people through healthcare. I just didn’t yet know how.
My plan was to become a medical doctor. I trained as a paramedic and a sports medic, and I was ready to begin my Master’s. Then, six days before it started, a serious car accident changed everything.
Six months of debilitating pain and migraines followed — until chiropractic restored my health, and redirected my entire life.
Before the accident, I was on a very different path. I’d completed a Bachelor of Science, been accepted into a Biomedical Master’s, and was working as a paramedic and sports medic. I was certain medicine was my future.
Then came the crash, and the long, difficult recovery that followed. Medical care and physiotherapy simply couldn’t resolve my injuries. It was chiropractic that finally gave me my health back — and in doing so, it showed me an entirely different model of care. I was so moved by my own recovery that I knew I had to help others find the same thing.
I made the move from Canada to Singapore after visiting during a round of job interviews, and I’ve built my life and career here ever since. Over the years, I owned my own clinics — selling one to focus on my family, then opening another — before merging it with Lion’s Gate Chiropractic and Total Health Chiropractic in 2024.
I come from a multicultural family and have loved music for as long as I can remember. That love of music, and the positive energy it brings, is woven right into how I practise.
What I enjoy most is caring for families — from pregnancy and newborns all the way through to grandparents. There’s something deeply meaningful about supporting people across every stage of life. And the greatest reward, for me, is earning a patient’s trust: being their advocate, and knowing when to recognise that something needs further investigation.
If there’s one thing I wish more people understood, it’s that chiropractic is about optimising how your nervous system functions — not simply relieving pain.
Outside the clinic, my time goes to family life, cycling, swimming, and cheering on my children at their sports.
What makes me laugh in the clinic — Watching children imitate chiropractic — there’s nothing quite like it.
How I stay grounded — Movement, yoga, music, and time in nature. They keep me centred.
One habit I’d give every patient — Drink more water. Simple, but so many of us don’t do enough of it.
With special training in paediatrics, pregnancy care, and athletic support, I care for the whole family — from the very youngest to the very wisest.
Caring for families across every stage of life is the heart of what I do. If you see yourself here, I’d love to help.
